Unleash maximum force with minimum pressure thanks to the new CQE. This cylinder retains the same installation dimensions as the CQ2 series, but delivers up to 1.5 times more force thanks to its innovative polygonal piston. This unique geometry ensures a completely twist-free piston rod, which greatly improves alignment and reliability in clamping, pressing, and positioning applications. With a peak force of up to 628 N at only 0.35 MPa (Ø 40 mm), the CQE offers top performance without increasing air consumption.

The increase in power is also accompanied by a clear efficiency gain: the CQE achieves the same output as a larger cylinder, but operates at a lower supply air pressure, on average about 0.17 MPa less than previous models. This means lower energy consumption, lower operating costs, and yet the same performance.

Because the external dimensions are identical to the CQ2 and CQS series, you can replace existing cylinders one-to-one without any modification to the machine design. This means you can generate more power within the same installation space, or even design the entire machine to be more compact without losing power.

The CQE series combines the best of both worlds: maximum power and stability in a compact form factor, with lower air consumption and higher energy efficiency.
