Our HRC (Human-robot collaboration) screwdriving system combines precision automation with advanced safety features. Mounted on a collaborative robot arm, the system performs high-quality screwdriving tasks while ensuring operator safety. A protective cover encloses the tool area, and an integrated proximity sensor detects when a hand or object approaches. If a human part comes too close, the cobot instantly stops all motion, preventing any risk of contact. This smart safety design allows humans and robots to work side to side efficiently, safely and without barriers.
