Indumation.be 2024 will take place in halls 1, 4, 5 and 6 of Kortrijk Xpo (Belgium).
You have two main options: reservation of bare space (to build your own stand on it) and all-in packages (with a pre-built stand), which you can both reserve online.
Build-up days:
Monday February 2 2026 (8.00 - 24.00 hrs)
Tuesday February 3 2026 (0.00 - 18.00 hrs)
Trade show days:
Wednesday February 4 2026 (10.00 - 18.00 hrs)
Thursday February 5 2026 (10.00 - 22.00 hrs ; late night opening as from 18.00 hrs)
Friday February 6 2026 (10.00 - 16.00 hrs)
Dismantling:
Friday February 6 2026 – clearing of smaller equipment (17.00 - 20.00 hrs)
Smaller equipment, such as displays, brochures, furniture … can already be removed.
Friday February 6 2026 from 8 p.m. you can dismantle continuously until Saturday February 7 2026 at 6 p.m.
Members of Agoria and InduMotion will benefit from a discount after submitting proof of membership. The Connectivator Zone will provide a space for start-ups, scale-ups, technology and competence centres, government initiatives and universities / colleges.
