DTECT® Object 3D – practical 3D detection without vision complexity

3D detection based on shape, height and volume
The DTECT® Object 3D from SensoPart is an industrial 3D sensor that evaluates objects based on shape, height and volume. The sensor uses active stereo technology with infrared projection and delivers stable 3D information at scan rates of up to 100 frames per second.

More than presence detection
Unlike traditional 2D detection, the DTECT® Object 3D analyzes what is physically present, independent of color, contrast or surface properties. This makes the sensor suitable for applications that require more than simple presence detection, such as completeness and orientation checks on conveyor belts and vibratory feeders.

Easy integration without vision software
The DTECT® Object 3D operates as a standalone sensor and does not require a PC, vision software, external lighting or licenses. Teaching and configuration are performed directly on the sensor via a teach in process, after which a ready to use OK NOK signal is available for straightforward integration into industrial control systems.
