Whether you need processed wires or cables, with or without printing, we can make them, right here in Belgium 🇧🇪.

We focus on typical panel builders and machine builders who build their panel only once, though small series are of course possible.

Supported by the POSSS software, you can process the export of your wire list from your ECAD system or Excel through automated bundling, instantly receive a quotation, and send it directly to our production.

We support Eplan Pro Panel (including Smart Wiring), SEE Electrical 3D panel+, Zuken…

So there is literally no reason not to fully exploit your digital twin. We can supply multiple complementary labelling systems based on your needs.

We also produce a wide range of smaller sub-assemblies, sometimes consisting of a single wire with one or two terminations, at high volume.

In our highly automated production environment; Komax Zeta 630, 2× Zeta 640, Kappa 340, Alpha 520, Delta 240 and many other machines, we are equipped for high volume as well as one-off production and small batches up to around 10,000 pieces per week.

Our wires are standard inkjet-printed with source/target (bye bye schematics 😃).

We offer more than 500 end-terminations (including ultrasonic welding), a number that keeps growing as new customers join.

We focus on three main wire types: H0xV2-K, UL1015 and halogen-free wire — resulting in more than 300 references and a permanent stock of 800 to 1,000 km of wire.

To complete our offering, we also supply custom small and simple cable assemblies, ranging from 0.14 mm² to 16 mm², with or without connectors.
