Here is how you can register for Indumation.be 2024 as an exhibitor:
>> You can contact us by sending an e-mail to indumation@industrialfairs.com or by using the web form hereunder.
>> The Industrialfairs team will be happy to discuss every available option with you.
>> You will then receive the necessary login details to access the exhibitors' portal, where you will be able to confirm / upload your participation and exhibitors' info online.
Indumation.be 2024 will take place in halls 1, 4, 5 and 6 of Kortrijk Xpo. You have two main options:
bare space (to build your own stand on it) and
all-in packages (with a pre-built stand), which you can both reserve online.
Members of Agoria and InduMotion will benefit from a discount after submitting proof of membership. The Connectivator Zone will provide a space for start-ups, scale-ups, technology and competence centres, government initiatives and universities / colleges.
Build-up days:Monday 29 January 2024 (8.00 - 24.00 hrs)
Tuesday 30 January 2024 (0.00 - 18.00 hrs)
Trade show days:Wednesday 31 January 2024 (10.00 - 18.00 hrs)
Thursday 1 February 2024 (10.00 - 22.00 hrs ; late night opening as from 18.00 hrs)
Friday 2 February 2024 (10.00 - 16.00 hrs)
Dismantling :Friday 2 February 2024 – clearing of smaller equipment (17.00 - 20.00 hrs)
Smaller equipment, such as displays, brochures, furniture … can already be removed.
On Friday 2 February 2024, from 20.00 hrs on, the stand can be non-stop dismantled until Saturday 3 February 2024 at 18.00 hrs.
Stands can completely be cleared then (walls, carpet, heavy furniture, constructions, trusses, etc…)
